Hi, I'm Sagar, a Software Engineer on the Starlink Telemetry, Tracking and Constellation control team at SpaceX. Starlink is SpaceX's global internet satellite constellation, and my team makes sure everything runs smoothly as a coordinated distributed constellation. Take a look at just how many Starlink sats are orbiting around earth at this moment!
I recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a master's degree in Computer Science. Over the past few years, I have been fortunate to work on a multitude of diverse and exciting projects, most of my internships at startups included ideating & building new software solutions from scratch. All of these solutions are up & running today in production environments across the world!
Apart from working on software projects, I also have a keen interest in solving coding challenges and optimization problems in computation.
In my free time, I like to step out to go Hiking 🏔️ around beautiful Washington. I also play Golf ⛳ , Chess ♟️ and Super Smash Bros a lot.
